Kwik-Fli, Slow Build: 14 November 2011

Kwik-Fli, Slow Build Blog Series header graphic. With a close-up of the model's engine at center, the graphic is done in orange and blue.14 November 2011. I took the big roll of Modelspan and I sorted the colors. Luckily enough, I found 14 sheets of White, medium-heavy, and 7 sheets of Orange, medium-heavy. I’ll have more than enough for two Kwik-Flis. I’ll have to start with these two first, because I do not know if I’ll have enough heavy Orange for the Flea Fli (even if I might decide to go with the light Orange for the Flea, just to save weight…). I also have many sheets of heavy Red for the Stik, and 2 sheets of Black for the trimming. I also have some light Blue, but I think I won’t need it, this round…

Scan of black, printed text on white paper. Scan of a few lines (not full sentences) from Beppe's Kwik-Fli Mk. II log. Scan notes how much dark orange he has and if he should maybe a use a light orange.
Partial scan of Beppe’s work log for November 14, 2011.
