New Addition: Fitzpatrick .61

This shiny, never run Fitzpatrick .61 engine, complete with its original packaging and instructions, was donated to the museum this afternoon by Basil P. Cooper, Jr.

A very shiny Fitzpatrick .61 engine with muffler

Thanks, Basil, for helping to grow the museum’s collection!

  1. Wow, cool!!
At 17 I worked at playco toys in 1994. They carried an airplane version and a gold semi-rectangular headed helicopter version.
One of the prettiest engines I’ve ever seen. $199.99
Always ran perfect. Loved the tune pipe on YS 20/20!
