New Addition: “Never Forget” CL Stunt Model

Control Line modeler James Morway had a smile that “was ever present whenever he took to the field with one of his very distinctive models; that smile is forever remembered.”  So, too, will the tragedy of September 11, 2001 be remembered.

Images of the Twin Towers, smoke, and raising the flag in the rubble are painted onto blue and white backgrounds of this Control Line model.

Jim memorialized 9/11 by building and covering a CL Stunt model with images from that day and putting the saying Never Forget on the left wing.  This model arrived at the museum yesterday, donated by John Paris, in memory of his friend, Jim Morway.
