Old Ad: Viking Knight in Santa Land

This comic-strip ad for the Viking 65 engine found in the December 1946 issue of Model Airplane News is too fun not to share.  Just click on the picture for a bigger version.

This is a comic-strip like advertisement that describes a trip of a Viking Knight promoting the Viking 65 engine in Santa's Workshop.
Santa says, “Thanks, little fellow, you’ve done a swell job!” Ad, Macval Corporation, “The Viking Knight in Santa Land.” Model Airplane News, December 1946, pg. 87.

Hopefully the Viking Knight and Santa are happy to learn that one Viking 65 has found its way to the museum’s engine exhibit.
