#NatsHats: 1956 Nats Pith Helmet

The signatures and doodles on this pith helmet, dating to the 1956 Nats at the Naval Air Station in Dallas qualify it as a work of art.

Guessing by the prominence given the name, I’m guessing this pith helmet was worn by John Schneider, a photographer for the magazine Air Trails.
