According to notes in the back of the engine manual, Bill Bennett ran this engine twice, for a total of 53 minutes in 1951. It was never installed in a model airplane, which explains why this Super Cyclone engine is in pristine condition.
The engine was donated to the museum by Steve Bennett, in memory of William Bennett. Thank you, Steve, for helping to grow the museum’s collection!
