Gwen started as the Education Development Coordinator at the Academy of Model Aeronautics in October 2022, Prior to working at the AMA, she worked as an elementary school teacher in first grade, third grade, fourth grade, and sixth grade. She is responsible for developing and updating model aviation training curriculum and activities that meet state and national standards. Gwen is new to model aviation, but she learns more about the hobby every day!

2026 UAS4STEM Preliminary Results

The 2026 UAS4STEM Preliminary Competition brought together teams from across the country to showcase their drone design, programming, and flight performance skills. This article presents the official preliminary results for both the Beginner and Advanced Divisions, including all participating teams, those advancing to the International Finals at EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and recognition of each team’s effort throughout the season.
