2015 Flying Site Grant Recipients Announced!

This year alone AMA awarded $30,000 to clubs who participated in the Flying Site Development Improvement Grant Program.

    Too bad that you feel this way about the AMA; I personally think that they have done more for Model Aviation that any other group and thanks to them we can enjoy all the new technology and development in model aviation as well as the necessary radio frequency spectrum to fly our models. I’m glad to pay my yearly dues to the AMA and you can not get a better deal for your money;over 2 millions liability insurance, an outstanding monthly magazine, representation , etc. Also you must consider all the help that they offer as grant money for students, wounded Warrior project, helping fellow modelers with their. flying field etc. We are the AMA, all the modeling community including you sir. So think twice before posting non-sense comments. You are not obligated to be a member of the AMA.
