The new airpark, on the I-95 landfill, will include a 400-foot grass runway with a pit area to assemble aircraft. The Pit Area will have a garden shed for storage and a portable restroom. Mindful of the neighborhood, designated airspace will keep the planes away from nearby homes. Under the agreement, a maximum of five planes will be in the air at one time; 400 feet is the maximum allowed altitude.
