Civil Air Patrol members are being asked to help evaluate and categorize CAP aerial photos of damage from Hurricane Sandy as part of a new online crowdsourcing initiative intended to assist the Federal Emergency Management Agency and state and local emergency agencies in assessing damage from such images.
