Robart Manufacturing recently issued a news release concerning the sale of the intellectual property for the retracts and RoboStruts line.
“The opportunity to purchase the commercial rights to produce, sell, and market the well acclaimed Robart pneumatic and electric retract systems, plus the RoboStrut product line, Wire Struts and the Aluminum Wheels sets is a great significant business opportunity for someone with the passion to continue the Robart legacy in the radio control business segment,” said Mike Vassar, vice president of sales.
The sale includes engineering drawings, spare parts lists, remaining parts, dies and molds, plus all available dimensional drawings to help facilitate the transition.
