Drones, FPV, Multirotor, sUAS – your opinion please!

The Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) is conducting an opinion survey regarding the use of small unmanned aircraft systems including technologies such as multirotor, “drones”, First-person-view (FPV), autopilots, and aerial video/image recording as well as COMMERCIAL USE of sUAS.  We would greatly appreciate a few minutes of your time. Your answers will be used for research purposes only and will be completely anonymous.

And the best part?  You will have a chance to win a DJI Phantom Quadcopter!

  1. New technology is here….AMA must embrace it. OF COURSE, there are already those that will abuse it and that is HALF the problem already. They have caused the privacy hysteria of late. AMA still has “members” that denounce any aircraft made with foam and that has electric motors…as not “true builders” and violating the “core values” of AMA. The new technology appeals to YOUTH and that is what AMA needs if there will be an AMA in 10-15 years.
