There are several sponsorship opportunities available for Camp AMA. Please check back frequently as new opportunities become available. The current opportunities are listed below.
District IV: Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia
District IV will sponsor one youth member’s tuition to attend Camp AMA. All that is required to enter is for the young pilot to write a 250 word essay on why he or she wants to attend Camp AMA. Send the essay to Jessy Symmes at jessys@modelaircraft.org and it will be judged by a committee to choose a winner for District IV. Please be sure to include your full name and AMA number on the essay. The deadline to enter is March 15, 2015, and the winner will be announced in April, 2015.
District VII: Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin

District VIII: Arkansas, Louisana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas
District VIII will sponsor the tuition for a youth to attend Camp AMA this year. If you are interested, please write a 1,000-word essay answering the following: “Why do you want to go to Camp AMA and how would you use the experience to promote aeromodeling to others in your community?” The essays must be sent to AMA and received by close of business, March 31, 2015. Email the essay to jessys@modelaircraft.org or mail it to AMA, attn: Jessy Symmes. Please be sure to include your full name and AMA number.
