The Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) would like to honor all AMA military, active and retired, first responders, firefighters, police, and others who rose to the challenge that our nation faced on September 11, 2001. Our thoughts go out to any who lost family members, friends, and colleagues on that fateful day 20 years ago. While we mourn, we acknowledge the extraordinary contributions and sacrifices so many made and ask that our members, along with millions of other Americans, take a moment of silence to remember them on the 20th anniversary of 9/11.
