Tell the FAA: No User Fees for Support of Aviation Events

Join the AMA in support of EAA’s efforts to oppose the FAA’s decision to charge EAA for air traffic services during AirVenture. This policy will impact similar events around the country as well.

By threatening to deny air traffic services to the busiest airport in the world without a hefty bill, FAA is signaling that general aviation safety is not important – despite their mandate to provide for the safety of the entire National Airspace System.

This is a time sensitive matter. Please visit https://govt.eaa.org/10203/tell-faa-no-user-fees-support-aviation-events/ by 12:00pm Eastern Time today, Wednesday, June 5th, to submit a letter to your Senator.

About EAA:

EAA is a growing and diverse organization of members with a wide range of aviation interests and backgrounds. EAA was founded in 1953 by a group of individuals in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who were interested in building their own airplanes. Through the decades, the organization expanded its mission to include antiques, classics, warbirds, aerobatic aircraft, ultralights, helicopters, and contemporary manufactured aircraft.
