Advisory Circular (AC) 91-57C is currently under review for final sign-off by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). AC 91-57C includes a process for community-based organization (CBO) recognition, information regarding the upcoming knowledge and safety test, and possibly night flying in controlled airspace. Members should expect AC 91-57C to be published in the Federal Register for public comment soon. After it has been published, members are free to submit their comments regarding the advisory circular.
