In a recent op-ed article in IEEE Spectrum, Paul explores the statutory and legal construct of ‘navigable airspace’ within the National Airspace System (NAS), and makes a compelling case for upholding the property rights of land owners to the airspace below the minimum safe altitude for public transit (navigable airspace).
