The second of three pavilions has been completed at Site 4 of the AMA International Aeromodeling Center (IAC) in Muncie, Indiana.
The additions will enhance the usability of Site 4, which features a grass runway. We expect to see increased activity at this site at the southern end of the IAC.
The AMA thanks Mike Barbee for his generous dedication to improving Site 4 and planned improvements to Site 3.
The IAC features six flying sites and accommodates all forms of model aviation—Radio Control, Control Line, and Free Flight. The IAC began development in the early 1990s and hosts thousands of AMA members and spectators every year.
Make sure to put it on your bucket list if you have not visited the IAC, AMA’s national headquarters!
