The FAI F1ABP Junior World Championships will take place August 6-10, 2024. The US team begins the journey this week to the championships in North Macedonia.
According to Team Manager Sevak Malkhasyan, the US junior Free Flight (FF) team will be posting updates to the National Youth Aviation Academy (NYAA) Facebook page.
“The NYAA is a fairly new AMA club that was formed by Tim Batiuk and me,” said Sevak. “It is for youth, run by youth. It is geared for kids and their families to have a club to belong to as well as competitions where they can compete against one another and not strictly against adults.
“We have a countdown going with a post a day introducing the team leading up to the champs and will be posting updates of our trip as well.”
Sevak added that the team has an Instagram page that also will be providing updates.
