Renewing your club charter with AMA is now easier and faster than ever! Complete the process online at www.modelaircraft.org/charter-renewal.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Log in to the AMA website to ensure the system recognizes you as an authorized club officer.
- Complete the online renewal section. It’s quick and straightforward.
- Please be patient! We are processing your club charter renewal as quickly as possible. Due to timing in the insurance industry and outside of our control, we don’t receive policy numbers until the middle of February. Once confirmed, we can start processing the insurance certificates for your flying site property owners. Once we can issue certificates, we will email your 2025 documentation to the designated contact officer for your club.
Please know that we are working diligently to have all information processed and emailed on or before the March 31 deadline.
Important: If available, please provide us with the email address for your property owner. This will allow us to email the insurance certificate directly to them instead of sending a hard copy through the USPS.
