Read with interest AMA’s comments to the sUAS NPRM.
I was disappointed that PART 61– CERTIFICATION, was not addressed. My own view is that “COMMERCIAL” needs only to precede CERTIFICATION to make sense. I believe all commercial operators should be licensed/regulated in the use of sUAS.
