This year, the Academy of Model Aeronautics was excited to welcome Flite Test to the AMA Expo in Ontario, California. In our education area we hosted family make-and take sessions where families could build and make memories together, provided by Flite Test! Our education booth provided information for several of our programs. Together, we were a big hit at Expo!
During the make-n-take families were encouraged to build their plane together. For many children, this was their first experience building and flying. Thanks to our volunteers and families that pitched in after their build, all the families were able to build and successfully fly Flite Test’s new design, the FT Sparrow.
