So, save the date June 7-9, 2019!! We are going to have an inaugural AMA District XI NW Jamboree. Location will be at the Miniature Aircraft Association field, in Richland , Washington. We will have 2 paved runways with grass as an option. Our goal is all inclusive, meaning we would like to have Freeflight, control line, RC, Turbines etc. We are also shooting to have vendors on hand selling and demo’ing their wares. Venom RC has stated they will come so far. We would also like to have the ability to buddy box on a IMAC, a Pattern plane, and Turbine, as well as maybe a buddy handle for the U-controls. Also in the works for a nearby event is Dynamic Soaring too. I will let you know as we get the details worked out. This would give folks a chance to see what slope soaring, and the awesome Dynamic soaring is all about. How do you know if you will or won’t like a type of aircraft or flying, if you have only seen it in a magazine?
There will be dry camping available at the field.
