All of the club charter packages have been mailed and we are starting to receive the first renewals for the 2013 charter year! Current club charters do not expire until March 31, 2013. However, we strongly encourage clubs to complete the charter renewal forms and return them to AMA as soon as possible. This will tremendously assist us in processing renewals in a timely manner.
If you are completing the renewal information for your club and encounter any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you! Keep in mind that during the rechartering season—generally February through April—we experience a high call volume. When will the 2013 club charter forms be available for download? My club has new officers and a new mailing address, we have not recieved the package mailed.

Can the 2013 Charter Renewal be submitted electronically by sending .PDF’s of all the forms?
