In the last Leader Member Minute, we discussed the Membership 360 plan, which is a holistic approach to membership retention and growth. The plan takes a 360-degree view of our hobby and defines activities for AMA staff, AMA districts, Leader Members, and charter club officers and members.
As a Leader Member, you can help local clubs grow by providing information and guidance on many fronts. One of those is attending and helping with our Club Officer Webinar Series for elected club officers, AMA associate vice presidents (AVP) and vice presidents (VP), and now Leader Members.
In CY 2026, this series has been covering topics to help clubs with membership and flying sites.

Attendance has been very good, and we’d like to see Leader Members attend and get involved. So far, we’ve had broad national attendance across all 11 districts.
