Synopsis:

Revises Rhode Island’s Criminal Procedures by establishing the requirements for approval, notice and the criteria for the acquisition, use and application of UAS by LE entities and/or persons acting on behalf of such agencies. Provides that all UAS must fully comply with all federal aviation administration requirements and guidelines.

Definition of ‘unmanned aerial vehicle’ would include MA.
