AN ACT RELATING TO PRIVACY; ENACTING THE FREEDOM FROMUNWARRANTED SURVEILLANCE ACT;
PROVIDING PENALTIES.

Synopsis:

Prohibits a person or state agency from using a drone or unmanned aircraft to gather evidence or other information pertaining to criminal conduct or conduct in violation of a statute or regulation without a warrant. Provides an exception for exigent circumstances.

Definition of the term ‘Drone’ would include MA.
