 Criminal Procedure – Law Enforcement Agencies – Use of Drones

Synopsis:

Makes it illegal for LE to use a ‘drone’ to gather evidence or other information without a warrant. Exception provided for when there is a risk of a terrorist attack or when responding to an emergency.

Definition of the term ‘Drone’ would include MA.
