AN ACT relating to drone surveillance

Synopsis:

Makes it illegal for LE to use a ‘drone’ to gather evidence or other information without a warrant. Exception provided for when there is a risk of a terrorist attack or when swift action is needed to prevent imminent danger.

Definition of ‘Drone’ would include MA.
