Preserving Freedom from Unwanted Surveillance Act

Synopsis:

No person, entity or state agency shall use a drone or other manned aircraft to conduct surveillance of any individual, property owned by an individual, farm or agricultural industry without the consent of that individual, property owner, farm or agricultural industry.

Definition of Drone would include MA

Contact sponsor/leadership with request to include MA exclusion…

“Model Aircraft as defined in the Federal Aviation Administration Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 [PL 112-95, Sec. 336(c)] are excluded from the provisions of this Bill/Statute”
