The March 31 deadline for clubs to renew their annual charter status has come and gone and there are nearly 400 clubs that have not submitted their renewal documents for the 2015 charter year.
Life becomes busy and sometimes things slip through the cracks. Perhaps that’s what happened to your club renewal. No need to panic! If you are paying by MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card, simply fax the forms to (765) 286-3303, or email the forms to expedite the process.

Your charter status provides liability coverage to your club as an entity? It also provides primary liability insurance coverage to club officers related to their duties as officers. The insurance industry calls this the “vicarious liability” for the acts of others or flying accidents caused by others.
