On Saturday, 7 Dec 2013, Gateway R/C Club, Inc (AMA#206) held our 10th annual “Toys for Tots” fly In to benefit the USMCR’s efforts to provide toys for the less fortunate children in our area of Florida. This year we raised/donated the following: 49 bicycles, $800.00 in checks/cash, 3 each
3’x3’x4’ boxes of toys. We had a total of 39 signed up pilots, and many spectators who all had a very good time in almost perfect weather. The entry fee was a $10.00 unwrapped toy or $10.00
cash/check. A 50/50 was held with the other 50% going to the USMCR.
