Title

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles; Ban on Surveillance by Drones

Synopsis:

Makes it unlawful to “disclose or receive information about any person acquired through the operation of an unmanned aerial vehicle” without written consent. UAS must comply with all FAA requirements. All purchases of UAS must be approved by the state’s department of transportation.

Definition of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle would include MA.
