For all the District V clubs, I see a lack of registration in the NMAD event on August 12. From the map on the site 1 club in Alabama, 3 in Tennessee, 5 in Florida, 1 in North Carolina, 1 in Puerto Rico, 0 in Georgia, South Carolina and Mississippi. 11 clubs in District V to support NMAD. Our club reaches out to the public for all events but this is supporting the AMA. If we don’t support it it will probably go away.

Probably because there is a general malaise in the hobby and people are also concerned first-and-foremost about putting food on the table, paying their mortgage or rent, and in general trying to stay afloat in this anemic economic environment we are currently confronted with.
