In the 1950s, the Army National Guard Anti-Aircraft Artillery Unit used RCAT target drones by Aerolab to practice their gunnery.\u00a0 A smaller Aerolab drone, similar to the RCAT, called the R-Kitty, was used by the RCAT operators to practice flight operations.<\/p>\n

John Hepner, Jr. visited recently to donate his R-Kitty to the museum.\u00a0 There’s no engine installed, but we think we have a Fox 59 in the collection that will work.<\/p>\n
