Col. Wallace &#8220;Mike&#8221; Kulczyk built his own ducted fan units for his scratch-built jet aircraft.\u00a0\u00a0 Several of the rotors for these units were recently donated to the museum&#8217;s collection by Richard Maus, In Memory of Lt. Col.
