EAA\u2019s Advocacy and Safety Department is reviewing the original NTSB decision, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/doc\/217807460\/FAA-v-Pirker-Appeal-Brief\" target=\"_blank\">FAA\u2019s appeal<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=1&amp;ved=0CB0QFjAA&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.faa.gov%2Fregulations_policies%2Freauthorization%2Fmedia%2FPLAW-112publ95%5B1%5D.pdf&amp;ei=3pG1U_mjKsH_8AH83YCgDQ&amp;usg=AFQjCNGwDMUNVzYysKIY9HXlPIwZTpD6IA&amp;sig2=E\" target=\"_blank\">FAA Modernization and Reform Act<\/a>\u00a0of 2012, which orders the agency to create rulemaking and policy regarding unmanned aerial systems. After this review is complete, EAA will write and submit comments to the federal docket.
