In a\u00a0recent op-ed article in IEEE Spectrum<\/em><\/a>, Paul\u00a0explores the statutory and legal construct of ‘navigable airspace’ within the\u00a0National Airspace System (NAS), and makes a compelling case for upholding the property\u00a0rights of land owners to the airspace below the minimum safe altitude for public transit (navigable airspace).<\/p>\n
