Please consider making a donation to the AMA Foundation this calendar year. Your contributions will support programs to enhance, preserve, build, and protect model aviation’s future. Read below to discover a few ways in which you can make a difference.
AMA is working hard to protect your right to fly. Your donations help offset the Government Relations team’s expenses for working with the FAA, Congress, attorneys, and lobbyists to protect model aviation from regulations and restrictions. Since 2009, more than $1 million has been spent to protect your freedom.
National Site Development:
Each year, thousands of pilots and spectators visit the AMA’s International Aeromodeling Center in Muncie, Indiana. The National Site Fund provides financial support to maintain this beautiful flying site and offer visitors top-notch amenities.
Since 1970, the AMA has awarded nearly $900,000 in scholarships to top students who work hard and are dedicated at their flying fields, in the classroom, and in their communities. Many AMA scholarship recipients have earned college degrees in the aeronautics field.
