AMA Foundation Exhibitor Auction

Participate in the AMA Foundation Exhibitor Auction for marketing opportunities and to support the AMA Foundation. Money received through the auctions will support the foundation’s mission to support the past and present of model aviation. This often takes the form of grants for clubs, educational outreach programs, scholarships, maintenance of the International Aeromodeling Center, and museum acquisitions and operations.

The auction will be hosted at the end of the day on Saturday, November 2, 2019.

Early promotion: Sign up early and we will pre-promote your items on the AMA website and social media. Items must be provided at the show. The deadline to submit your item’s details is October 25.

Drop-off: Visit the AMA Foundation booth during the show with items you would like to include in the auction. Exhibitors will receive recognition during the auction.

Host your own: Exhibitors also have the option to host their own live auctions during the show on Sunday in their designated booth space. To receive recognition in the AMA Expo West programs, vendors must agree to donate 25% of the proceeds to the AMA Foundation. Exhibitors must sign up online and request auction time slots by October 16, 2019, to be included in the AMA Expo West program.

Contributions received through the auction will be credited to the donating vendor. Please note, the AMA Foundation is a registered 501(C)(3) non-profit organization.
