EAA Celebrates 35th Air Academy

As back-to-school time signals the close of another summer, EAA celebrates its 35th summer of EAA Air Academy, where fun and discovery combine for an experience young people can find nowhere else. At this series of weeklong camps designed to introduce young people ages 12-18 to the aviation world, campers are engaged through a variety of hands-on activities while staying at the EAA Air Academy Lodge in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Recognized by MSN Money as one of 10 summer camps “worth the money,” Air Academy provides the foundation for a lifelong love of aviation.

The EAA Air Academy has grown considerably since its first class in 1984, but continues to offer an unmatched aviation experience for youth. Experienced aviation instructors help them delve into flight through studies, hands-on demonstrations, flight simulation, RCs, and other exciting activities.
