The Charleston Radio Control Society participated in the annual Charleston Area Model Railroad Train Show. The show was held in North Charleston, South Carolina at the Danny Jones Armory. The weather kept them from doing outdoor flying, but the Micro Vapor was very busy inside. During the show, the club had two flight simulators set up, and kids were constantly on them. Club members Ed Yeash, Gary Higdon, Robert Parker, Bob Brooks, and Richard Jackson spent lots of time talking to parents and kids. It was a lot of effort by the club, but well worth it. The railroad club asked for the Charleston RC Society to return next year, which will be the fifth year of the show.
