The Patuxent Aeromodelers Club will host a Community Day on May 12th 2012. This is third year that the club has held this event. They will offer free buddy-box flying lessons to give spectators a chance to fly a plane. Also there will be free flight gliders for the kids to build and take home. Students from the Great Mills High School Engineering Club will have their airplanes on display for the public to view. The Patuxent Aeromodelers Club Community Day is co-sponsored by the Academy of Model Aeronautics. For more information visit here.
