Current club charters do not expire until March 31, 2013. However, we strongly encourage clubs to complete the charter renewal forms and return them to AMA as soon as possible. This will tremendously assist us in processing renewals in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p>If you are completing the renewal information for your club and encounter any questions please don\u2019t hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you! Keep in mind that during the rechartering season\u2014generally February through April\u2014we experience a high call volume. If you call us and are transferred to voice mail, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
