Perhaps that\u2019s what happened to your club renewal. No need to panic! If you are paying by MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card, simply fax the forms to (765) 286-3303, or\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:clubs@modelaircraft.org\" target=\"_blank\">email\u00a0<\/a>the forms to expedite the process.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ve misplaced the forms? We can help. Send us a brief email and we will forward the appropriate paperwork to you. Or you can\u00a0use these blank\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.modelaircraft.org\/files\/905.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">2016 charter forms\u00a0<\/a>to get the process started. It also provides primary liability insurance coverage to club officers related to their duties as officers.
