TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) – A Tucson organization has been flying model airplanes over the city for 50 years.
The Tucson Radio Airplane Club celebrated the milestone Sunday with a free airshow.
The event featured model aircrafts from modern day, WWI, and even a large scale replica military transport plane.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Toys for Tots program, which donates toys to kids in need at Christmas.
