You’ve misplaced the forms? We can help. Send us a brief email and we will forward the appropriate paperwork to you. Or you can use these blank 2016 charter forms to get the process started. Please note that this is a PDF document that will allow you to enter information and either print or email the completed form.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact the Safety and Member Benefits Department at (765) 287-1256. Please note that we are currently experiencing a high volume of phone calls. Did you know?

…Your charter status provides liability coverage to your club as an entity? It also provides primary liability insurance coverage to club officers related to their duties as officers. The insurance industry calls this the “vicarious liability” for the acts of others or flying accidents caused by others.
